Shipping & Returns
Thank you for supporting small, handmade art. Every piece in my shop is created, signed, and packed by me — and I want you to feel taken care of from click to delivery. Here's what to expect.
Processing Time
Each order is packed carefully by hand. Please allow 5–7 business days for your piece to be prepared and shipped. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you'll know exactly when to expect it. If you need a piece by a specific date (a gift, an anniversary, a birthday), please email me before ordering and I'll do my best to accommodate.
Shipping Within the US

International Shipping
I love that my art finds homes all over the world, and I'm happy to ship internationally. Because rates vary significantly by country and size, please email me before purchasing with the piece you're interested in and your shipping address so I can provide an accurate quote. Important note on customs: International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their country. These fees are determined by your local customs office, not by me, and they're collected separately when your package arrives. I have no way to calculate or prepay these charges, but I'm always happy to help you understand what to expect — just ask.
Damaged or Lost Packages
I pack every piece like it's going to someone I love, but the postal system isn't always gentle. If your package arrives damaged, or if it's lost in transit: Email me within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at jessi@creativejessi.com Include photos of the damage and packaging if applicable I'll work with you on a refund or replacement, depending on the situation and what's possible All originals ship fully insured for this reason.
Returns
Because every piece is a one-of-a-kind original or made-to-order print, all sales are final. I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges unless your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is not received. I want you to love your piece — so please reach out with any questions before you order. I'm always happy to share additional photos, dimensions, or details to help you decide.
