SHIPPING & FAQ

When will my print ship?
All pre-orders ship on Wednesday, July 29th — the first Wednesday after Comic Con. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

Will I get a heads up before it ships?
Yes! Every pre-order receives a personal email from me with a photo of your print before it goes in the mail. You'll see exactly how it was packed and the note tucked inside.

How will it be packaged?
Your print is hand-packed by Jessi with care — wrapped in protective tissue, backed with rigid board, and sealed in a flat mailer to arrive in perfect condition.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes I do. Reach out before placing your order.

What if my print arrives damaged?
Please photograph the damage and email jessi@creativejessi.com within 7 days of delivery.

Can I get a refund?
Because each print is personally signed, numbered, and hand-packed to order, all sales are final. If something arrives damaged, see above.
